Which printing technique do you use?
We use the giclée technique for high resolution, large format prints on inkjet printers with lightfast dye or pigment based inks. These prints typically use six to twelve different colours, resulting in a much wider colour spectrum.

In which formats are the prints available?
All prints are available in three formats:

• 21 x 30 cm (8,3″ x 11,8″)
• 30 x 40 cm (11,8″ x 15,7″)
• 50 x 70 cm (19,7″ x 27,5″)

Do you also offer framed prints?
YES. Some of our prints we offer framed. Mostly in three options: Oak, black and white. The black and white frames are made from semi-hardwood alder. The oak frame is made from solid oak. All framed prints come with an acrylite front protector and hanging hardware.

What paper do you use?
We use thick and long lasting matte paper from Japan for our posters in museum quality.

• Paper thickness: 0.26 mm
• Paper weight: 189 g/m²
• Opacity: 94
• ISO brightness: 104

Can I use your designs for a tattoo?
It would be an honour if you would like to have one of my creations on your earthly vessel. There are two options. Option 1 is, you choose one of the already existing designs. Just write me an email to hello(at)happypeppy.de and I am sure we will agree on a fair price. Option 2 is, you like my style and want a custom design, that you can use. I am all ears. Let’s start this journey together. 

Do you really offer worldwide free shipping?
YES. If you order one or twenty prints – shipping is always free of charge all around the world. We first produce your print, when you place your order. So it can take a few days when the prints arrive at yout home. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout. We will provide you a tracking code when the order is shipped. Your print will be packed safely, rolled and wrapped with a protective paper.

What about the import duties?
Please keep in mind that any possible import duties and fees when sending in your country are the customers’s responsibility.

Your print was delivered damaged?
Don’t worry! Youl will get a new one in a minute. Please send us a photo and we will take care of anything.

The package should be there but already?
Don’t worry, sometimes the delivery takes a little longer. Depending on where you live and depending on your delivery service, it unfortunately takes time. This is out of our hands. If you still feel that it takes too long: write us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
